Arbolito was built around a different question: not just who is in your family, but who haven't you met yet? The app actively bridges those gaps, connecting users with relatives they never knew existed and turning an often solitary exercise into interactions genuinely shared.

Where traditional genealogy software functions more as a personal archive, Arbolito operates as a living platform. The design prioritises warmth and human connection over clinical record-keeping — encouraging exploration, fostering interaction, and giving every branch of the family tree a way to reach out, engage, and belong.

Driven entirely by personal initiative, this self-initiated project was owned entirely from concept through to finished designs, with every creative and strategic decision made independently along the way.
