The development of a grade 1 listed building and various new buildings to provide accommodation for high specification domestic dwellings. Total project value £7.4m.

The project involved the creation of new basement areas, providing accommodation for gymnasiums, cinema rooms, plant areas and storage.

Engineering Solutions

The building is located within an expansive landscaped development. The engineering solutions for the development are designed to operate in sympathy with the local environment and have been subject to grant funding through the Clear Skies initiative.

We provided ground linked heat pumps, pressurized hot & cold water systems, grey water recycling and photovoltaic array. The building electrical systems include full building management and A.V systems.
