The provision of 2,800m2 of laboratory and office write up areas within an existing 1950s building.

The remit has involved the full survey of the building infrastructure and upgrade, including electrical mains and sub-mains systems, WRAS water compliance related to category 5 fluids and drainage systems including radio – active wastes.

The facility provides research based accommodation for Cell and Molecular science, Cancer Research, Pathogen Research and various Imaging departments.

All specialist equipment fully detailed as part of the project.
