Originally a British Telecom switching centre the redevelopment of 7,800m2 commercial office space. The structure was retained, modified and added to, to create a 7 storey commercial spare.
Environmental System
The buildings existing heavy mass structure is used in order to reduce winter cooling and summer heating emissions. In addition the buildings glazing and systems are fully shaded using automatic louvred and canopied blinds, this further reducing summer cooling CO2 emissions. |
